Muñoz Abogados is a law firm providing professional legal services in various areas of law. The services are provided only through specific contracts concluded with the customers, and not by the simple use of the “Website”.

Muñoz Abogados is a law firm of attorneys whose legal practice is developed entirely in Colombia, so that all information and Content (the “User” button in the “Web Site” is limited in scope exclusively to Colombia.

Muñoz Lawyers do not provide legal services through this “Site”. The information and materials available on the Site are not intended to be, nor should they be construed as a legal opinion, recommendation, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

Access to and use of the “Website”, as well as the use of the information contained therein, does not constitute or create an attorney-client relationship, nor any other type of link professional with Muñoz Abogados. Consequently, the “Site Web” is not, in any case, the provision of legal services.

The use by the “User” from the “Web Site” shall not be deemed to grant, or grant any title of authorizations, licenses, or any other right to use or dispose of any form of Intellectual Property, without the written permission of Muñoz Lawyers or of the holder of the rights of the same whatever. Cualquier uso no autorizado de los Contenidos constituirá una violación a los presentes Términos y Condicione” y a las normas vigentes sobre derechos de autor, únicamente se otorga al “Usuario” una licencia y un derecho personal, intransferible y no exclusivo para consultar el Contenido del “Sitio Web” en pantalla de un computador ordenador o dispositivo PDA bajo su control, y para copiar los Contenidos de propiedad de Muñoz Abogados, única y exclusivamente, para uso personal no comercial, con la condición de que el “Usuario” no modifique de ninguna forma los Contenidos y que conserve todas las leyendas de derechos de autor y de otro tipo de propiedad intelectual contenidas en los mismos.

Muñoz Abogados collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Policy on the Processing of Personal Data (Policy on the processing of personal data), in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, and all those rules that regulate or modify.

The “User” who provides their Personal information through the Contact us section of the “Web Site”, you agree to the following “Terms and Conditions” with regard to the processing of personal information, a treatment that is subject also to the national rules governing the Protection of Personal Data referred to above and to the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of Muñoz Abogados Policy on the processing of personal data.

 The “User” to access the “Web Site” shall not provide any type of data or information, however, if your intention is to get in contact with Muñoz Abogaos through the Contact us section, the “User” must provide personal information to Muñoz Lawyers, information that will be stored in the database Muñoz Lawyers and treated in accordance with the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of Muñoz Lawyers (Policy on the processing of personal data). Once the “User”, give out your personal information, means that given the consent to the processing of the same by Muñoz Abogados. 3) For the solution of PQR's. Muñoz Lawyers will only use the personal information that the “Users” provided voluntarily and knowingly, for the conformation of their databases on the “Users”, that make use of the “Website”, for the knowledge and attention of the “Users” of the “Site” and/or of the Legal Services offered by Muñoz Lawyers, and for its marketing activities in general.

The “User”s you wish to stop receiving information Muñoz Attorneys, will be able to manifest it as well Muñoz Attorneys, which shall exclude such “User” to your contacts list, and will not in the future, to submit information. 

Muñoz Abogados provides the best legal means at its disposal, that the third party by virtue of the services they provide to Muñoz Lawyers related to the design, management and upgrade of the “Web Site”, and in the exercise of their activities have access to the information supplied by the “User”s, treated with the same discretion and confidentiality with the use Muñoz Lawyers, for which Muñoz Lawyers shall, in the respective contracts, clauses related to the Processing of Personal Data and its confidentiality.

This disclaimer of liability applies, among other subjects, without limitation, the technological risks derived from logical errors in the applications, paradoxes arising from their integration, gaps, worms or viruses, sabotage software, databases, and other computer crimes. “User” agrees irrevocably and exonerated Muñoz Lawyers from all liability arising out of these facts.

Muñoz Abogados reserves the right to do at any time, without notice, for any reason and without this resulting in a right to compensation, maintenance activities, corrections, or changes that include:

• Modify or change the digital channels, or a part of the same. To interrupt the operation of the digital channels, of a scheduled or not.
• Suspend, or terminate operation of or access to the digital channels, or a part of the same.

The “User” acknowledges that, during the operation of the “Web Site”, there may be circumstances which are attributable to fortuitous events or force majeure that would imply that the “Web Site” is not operative during a certain period. In such cases we seek to restore the “Web Site” and the operating system as soon as possible, without this can be imputed to them some kind of responsibility.

In any case Muñoz Attorneys will be liable for damages of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the impossibility of the use of the “Website”, or the impossibility of link or other internet portals.

Muñoz Abogados reserves the right to change these “Terms and Conditions” at any time and without prior notice. The changes will take effect from their publication on the “Site”.

Estos “Términos y Condiciones” se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia. Cualquier controversia será resuelta por los jueces competentes de Bogotá D.C., Colombia.  Si, por alguna razón, un Juez de la jurisdicción competente considera inaplicable alguna cláusula o parte de los “Términos y Condiciones”, el resto de las condiciones generales continuarán aplicándose en su total efecto.

Muñoz Attorneys claim that the content and services available on the Site are appropriate to be used within the Republic of Colombia. The use of the “Website” and the use of the services that are provided through the same, from different places to the Republic of Colombia, or countries where the content of the “Web Site” is illegal, it is absolutely forbidden.

The “User” to enter the “Web Site” from locations outside of the jurisdiction of the Republic of Colombia, you do so at your own risk and it is total and personally responsible for the fulfillment of the laws governing the place from where you enter and/or uses the services in the “Site”.

In addition to the obligations outlined in the previous paragraphs, the “User” agree to use the “Site” in accordance with the law, the present “Terms and Conditions”, as well as morality, generally accepted good customs and public order. Also, the “User” agrees not to use the Website for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to what is established in these Terms and Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the “Web Site” or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the “Site” by the “User”s.

In addition to the responsibilities assumed by the “User” under these “Terms and Conditions”, the “User” will be liable for damages of any nature that Muñoz Lawyers may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of a breach of any of the obligations of the “Terms and Conditions” or of the law in connection with the use of the “Website”.
